  • Do you offer RUSH orders?

    Yes, there are a few ways that you can get a rush order. Please see details in our Shipping & Order Processing Policy in the link at the bottom of the webpage or contact us before checking out at info@dogcentricsupply.com.

  • Do you offer gift wrap service?

    Yes, we offer low-cost professional-grade gift wrap as a service item that can be added to almost *any order except for oversized items. In order to be eligible for gift wrapping the item should be no more than 12” x 12”x 17“ In any order of length, width, height; or 10” diameter. GIFT WRAP option can be found in the service items tab and can be added to any order.

  • How can I unsubscribe from your email list?

    There will be an unsubscribe button embedded in the email or just email us at cs@dogcentricsupply/com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. We’ll miss you.

  • How long do I have to Return an Item?

    Please contact us for an RMA. With the proper Return Authorization,

    Treats may be returned within 5 Business Days from the delivery date. Most other items may be returned within 15 Business Days from the delivery date.

    However, Customized products such as personalized with engraving, etching, print graphics, or fully made-to-order, and reduced/discontinued items are non-returnable.

    The words “NON-RETURNABLE” or “FINAL SALE” will appear on the item details page.

  • How Do I Request a Return?

    To start the process, request a Return Materials Authorization by emailing us at orders@dogcentrricsupply.com . There is a link to our Return Policy at the footer of the webpage. with additional details.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

    We are currently set up to process orders within the US Mainland. However, some of our suppliers may be already set up to accommodate.

    If you live outside of this area and are interested in placing an order, don’t be shy, you should first Contact Us and we can potentially provide a custom quote via email. Shipping rates and delivery times outside of the US Mainland will vary depending on order amount, weight, and shipping address. They may be subject to any required tariffs, inspections, and customs laws and regulations on shipping. Please understand while we will do our best to help you, we reserve the right to decline if the cost to ship exceeds the profit from the sale.

  • Do you sell my data?

    No. We do not share your personal data. Any data collected is aimed at tailoring a customized experience for example if you join our email list we can make specific recommendations when a product matches a need or concern for your pet that you have shared with us.

    We make every attempt to use secure practices, however nothing is fool proof. Many big corporations are targeted daily. We should all be vigilant. We will take reasonable care to safegard your data.

  • Do you use a secure payment processor?

    We only use well established trusted payment processors. They offer multiple layers of security such as encryption and other safety measures. If you still have any questions you may review our terms and conditions. Of course, we welcome you to contact us directly for the most to date information regarding 3rd party payment processors.

  • I have a Business and may need to buy in bulk or may need trade specific supplies, furniture/fixtures. Can you help me? Do you offer B2B Quotes?
